About employer and position:
We are a well-funded product company from Europe with a fully distributed team (20+ people), and a few successful products on the market. Our HQ is located in Romania.
Right now we're developing a new super cool Blockchain product (all details on interview), and looking for a highly passionate, highly skilled Expert Golang developer with high attention to detail that is responsible for their codebase and the approvals they give to each PR they review.
The project is in an early phase, so there's almost no maintenance, only research, and development.

Requirements:
- Passion for programming.
- High attention to detail.
- Responsibility & ownership of one's actions.
- 6+ years of experience in Backend Development.
- 3+ years of experience in Golang Backend Development.
- At least 90% of your career was focused on Backend Development.
- Ability & desire to learn and master new technologies and programming languages.
- The mindset of sharing your knowledge with others.
- Proven experience with Cloud Infrastructures and any Microservices architectures.
Preferred:
- Previous experience with at least one of the languages like: Java,, Scala, Rust, C#(.NET), C/C++
- Unix experience.
- Blockchain or Networking experience.
Recruiting process:
1. 20 minutes introduction call.
2. Technical test. The Golang assignment takes around 4 hours to be completed. You have 24 hours to complete it from the moment when you receive the test. We will decide together when it's the best moment to send it to you. ⚠️ In special cases, the technical test step can be skipped.
