About employer and position:
We are a well-funded Web3 Tokenomics auditing and risk management company, based in Geneva, Switzerland.
The problem we're solving is how to cope with token monetary policies gathering financial assets & currency behaviors within an immutable or crystalized ecosystem. Those constraints prevent the Web3 actors to build their company using an iterative development & a lean methodology along the way to ensure their sustainability & market events resilience. Our simulation software will allow our customers to design, validate & control their economy through risk management analysis & stress testing simulations.
You will be working directly with the CTO, and take part in leading the product software development. You should be highly skilled in Javascript, and also have strong notions in Solidity and blockchain. You will join a very ambitious Web3 startup, where you'll be considered as a core team member.

Requirements:
- Passion for programming.
- High attention to detail.
- Responsibility & ownership of one's actions.
- 5+ years of experience with Javascript, and Typescript.
- 3+ years of experience with React.
- Speak French.
- Experience with Web3 and Solidity is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate new features based on the product's roadmap.
- Design interfaces to improve user experience.
- Write technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
Nice to have:
- Python experience.
- Experience with MongoDB.
