Requirements:
Extensive C/C++ experience (preferably working with low-level systems)
- 10+ years of backend experience (preferably with C/C++, Rust, Golang, Zig)
- 3+ years of C/C++ experience (preferably working on highly performant solutions / low-level systems)
- High attention to detail
- Being self-sufficient
- Proven experience in designing or integrating distributed systems
- network consensus algorithms (BFT, RAFT, etc);
- blockchain consensus algorithms (PoW, PoS, PoA, etc.);
- scalability↔correctness tradeoffs;
- transaction lifecycle;
- security;
- cryptography.
Nice to have:
- Deep understanding of TON’s monorepo
- Decent understanding of TON Services (TON DNS, TON Proxy, TON Payments, TON Storage) and how they interact with the main node(blockchain)
- Experience with Golang
- Experience with Rust
- Experience in writing smart contracts with funC, solidity, or any other smart contract language
- Experience in developing and releasing any part of a blockchain
- Experience with quantum-resistant cryptographic algorithms
Recruiting process:
