We are looking for a Lead Product Owner with over 7 years of experience in product management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our consumer-facing products. Reporting directly to the management team, you’ll collaborate with QA, developers, and UI/UX designers to ensure our product meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development process from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and consumer needs.
- Collaborate closely with QA, developers, and UI/UX designers to create seamless user experiences.
- Conduct in-depth research on consumer product trends and the next big innovations in the Web3 industry.
- Drive the development of products in industries where templates play a key role and help create scalable, customizable solutions.
- Gather, prioritize, and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and the highest quality standards.
- Act as the main point of contact between the development teams and management team, providing regular updates on progress and aligning product vision with company strategy.
- Analyze product performance and use data-driven insights to continually refine and improve the product offering.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer products.
- Experience in industries where templates are a core component of the product (e.g., Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, Envato) is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and identify emerging trends in consumer apps.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, where agility and flexibility are essential.
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions while keeping a strategic vision in mind.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Web3 or blockchain-based products.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
